Last week was my week for the universe constantly deciding to surprise and delight me it seems.

Last friday, got up to the house that Little Bit's mum shares with her boyfriend. After having a almost 3-year old shreak "Daddy!!" and hurl herself into my arms, I then found that Little Bit's mum had a surprise for me.

A brand new, Tasty Harp Company 26-string "Sharpsicle" lap harp. In Purple. (Plus carry bag, tuner, etc.)

wOOt!!!!

Needless to say, I'm quite happy about this. While I'm getting used to the string spacing, (and having to retune every few minutes), I got decent enough to play a few nursery songs for Little Bit by the time I had to head back to SD.

Woot! Congratulations, sweetie. Great to hear you got something I've been lusting after. Good on Little Bit's mum! Sorry I wasn't here earlier. I cratered when I put the MU down.
