The first on the hit parade is Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper

It really wasn't bad. Or good. It tasted identical to regular Diet Dr. Pepper. Don't much see the point to it.

I also got a box of the new Chocolate Lucky Charms cereal. I haven't tried it yet, but it's chocolate oat cereal with regular lucky charms marshmallow. Will see how it is when I get home.

The chocolate Lucky Charms sounds just like the box of Lilo and Stitch cereal I picked up a couple of weeks ago. I have to admit, I was in freaking heaven. Then again, I LOVE that "S'mores" cereal too. :) It's one of the things I take most joy in being an "adult" - I can have whatever crap cereal I want!!

As far as the Dr. Pepper variations: Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper is one of the most popular combos at Sonic. I prefer just Cherry Dr. Pepper myself. Regular though... you know me.

The point behind the new Dr. Pepper flavor (such as it is) is MARKETING. If Dr. Pepper lovers think there's a new flavor, they'll buy at least one bottle each, so goes the reasoning, and that's one more bottle bought.

It's stupid.

It's marketing.

Sorry, I try to avoid things with that many adjectives. I've found the more adjectives they use the less likely it is to be good.

I wouldn't have minded the adjectives if it tasted *different*, even if it tasted bad. But it tasted the same as regular diet DP. *sigh*
