Well, I got all the books that hadn't been packed away scanned.
418 books
145 CDs
129 Movies
8 games
Don't know which scares me more, the 36 World of Darkness books I *still* have, or the 7 Black Lace erotica books I found while scanning.
I like Delicious Library, but I don't think I want to look at it's interface for a while......

If you input the UPC code, ISBN, or ASIN number, it will pull the information on the item off of Amazon's US, UK, Germany, or Japan website - including cover art when available. Saves a lot of typing actually.
And you can scan the codes using a barcode scanner or a firewire video camera, (such as an iSight)
You can also look up titles if it doesn't recognize any of the above, or type everything in by hand. It allows you to add scanned cover art, (or cover art you find on the web), if Amazon doesn't have cover art available. It also interfaces with the OS X address book to allow you to check out items to people on your address book. It's pretty handy actually
