Since it looks like this is just made out of felt and googly eyes, you could certainly make it for less than $20. Or else spend the $20 on sturdier construction materials.

looks kinda flimsy to me.. and looks more like a Japanese squid mascot than the creeping horror...Cute concept...poor execution.
