Thursday and Friday are going to be fun - I have to be at a hotel near LAX at 5am those two days for a commercial shoot. Company in the UK is filming a commercial as a tie-in to their promotion for episode III. So they contacted LFL and asked for help, and LFL contacted the Southern California Garrison for the 501st. They're making a fake SF convention for the shoot, and want people in Star Wars costumes and "generic fan street clothes". Hey, it's $150 a day. And an experience point. Wonder if this means I can deduct my TIE pilot outfit as a business expense....(yes, I'm kidding)

Date: 2005-03-02 08:10 pm (UTC)I'll wish people on my friends list who state their birthdays in the song of their choice, or the Birthday Cake Polka if not specified, continuing my believe that the traditional Happy Birthday to You song is annoying and deserves to be wiped from the planet. I'll even go so far as to try to find the birthday song of the Childhood TV Performer of your home city, if you're from that era.
