Chatting with a friend of mine last week about various on-line dating and matchmaking systems. (rendating.com, okcupid.com, etc.)
Them: "See, the whole point is that you have a place to sell. That place being yourself and your heart."
Me: "Great, that makes me sound like real estate. Should I write the profile to read something like 'Suburban fixer-upper, needs landscaping improvements?'"
Them; "Well, only if you want to.
Should have some of my friends take a crack at writing a profile. Can't be any worse of a job than I've done myself. Anyone want to give it a shot??

Offers excellent mind system and sense of humor, youthful outlook and loving heart. Has wonderful and experimental kitchen skills, contemporary electronics and computer capability, and homey front porch. Needs someone willing to invest time and attention in creating a welcoming home."
