Tired.....
Mar. 29th, 2005 06:02 pmGiving some consideration to rescheduling (or dropping) one of the tests for thursday. Yes, I wouldn't get reimbursed for it then, but I might feel better about passing it. As it is right now, I'm trying very hard *not* to psych myself out on both of them. Scared I'm setting myself up for failure again.
Right now my brain is a complete jumble of Apple Service parts, and troubleshooting techniques, and blah.....
Tired Gund indeed.
On edit - While I haven't decided if I want to drop the one I'm the most nervous about. (Last time I took this test, I got 60 out of the 61 needed to pass it. Ugh), I did reschedule the one I'm more confident about for earlier that day, so I take it before the one I'm nervous about, rather than afterwards. That way, if I do pass it, it would boost my confidence somewhat. I hope.....
Good thing I have an appointment with the therapist friday. Either I'm going to be relaxed and feeling chipper about myself, or I'm going to be an absolute wreck. I'm going to do my best to make sure it's the former - chipper is a much better state.

Date: 2005-03-30 02:07 am (UTC)Take it. It's no loss. If you pass it, they paid for it and you've got it, great. If you fail it, then they still paid for it, and then you can go back, restudy, and take it again at your leisure. Yeah, in that eventuality you'll have to pay for it. But if you just reschedule now, you'll definitely have to pay for it.
Don't set yourself up for failure. Taking them now on the institute's $ is a no-loss scenario for you.
