Wasabi Icecream - yum! considering they've only discovered Ice cream from us - it's not a classical dish - no surprise than in a culture full of runaway capitalism they're playing with things.
Some of the results are surprisingly yummy... *mmmm* I -adore- ginger icecream for instance.
When you're up here we'll have to introduce you to Casa Gelato, the most remarkable icecream place I've ever seen. I think it's got all of these and more.... (200+ flavours... mostly asian)
