I'm home, having spent the entire weekend in SB for my daughter's first birthday. Massively tired and need to spend time practicing for my harp lesson this evening.

So hard to believe that 12 months earlier this little ball of energy was in a incubator in NICU, having been delivered 6.5 weeks early. Except when she starts to cough and the breathing problems premies are prone to show up. (sigh) At least she's still here though. :-)

First of all, congratulations to your little darlin' from the dad of another turned-one-year-old-today bundle. :)

Thankfully, we didn't have those problems with K; one spending the first month of her life in NICU is enough, thank you.

(Of course, now that particular infant has her own LiveJournal and two holes in each ear that are after-market addons...ye Ghods and Ghoddesses all, how the time flies!)

Thanks all the Gods at once that we haven't lost any of the 3 of you! Really, really glad to see the Munchkin doing well. Wants to see father doing much better. Blessed Be, Angelique
