*snort* So that's what happened to Tess Calhoun and Rick Weiss!

To clarify: some years ago, perhaps eleven, selenesue and I performed the wedding of Rick Weiss and Deborah Leonard. Tess Calhoun was Maid of Honor. I'm unclear on exactly what happened after that, but I know Deb moved out eventually.

I mean, it was an unusual wedding to begin with. The groom and priest wore Edwardian morning coats. The bride and priestess wore Italian Rennaissance gowns. The bride was pagan, the groom Jewish. selenesue performed the blessing for the groom in Hebrew, but the bride's brother was heard to opine that the whole thing was Satanic because "that lady" was speaking in backwards Latin. The wedding was in a cemetery chapel, on the feast of St. Jude, under a chupah (sp? - that canopy thing over Jewish weddings), and they were preceded back down the aisle by a bagpiper, and Windbourne was their reception band.

I knew Rick and Tess had moved north, but I didn't know where.

Now I know their choice in roommates hasn't gotten any more normal.
